Who is responsible
Brand Studio & Co is run by Olivia Robinson-Naylor. For any privacy question, email hello@brandstudioandco.com.
What I collect
I only collect information needed to respond to you, deliver work you have bought, or improve how the site works. That may include your name, email address, business name, website and social links, answers you choose to share, payment confirmation, and messages you send.
How I use it
- To deliver the Brand Audit, Brand Edit or another service you request.
- To reply to enquiries and send practical information connected to your purchase.
- To send scorecard results or relevant studio emails when you have chosen to receive them.
- To keep basic business records and meet tax or legal obligations.
Payments and email
Payments are handled by Stripe. I do not see or store your full card details. Email sign-up and automation may be handled by Kit. Those providers process your information only to provide their service and under their own privacy terms.
Cookies
This site does not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. It may use essential technical cookies needed for the site to function. If analytics or other non-essential cookies are added, this notice and the consent process will be updated first.
How long I keep it
I keep project and payment records for as long as reasonably needed to deliver the work and meet legal or tax obligations. You can unsubscribe from studio emails at any time using the link in the email.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete personal information I hold about you, or object to certain uses of it. Email hello@brandstudioandco.com. You also have the right to raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
